Bulls Vs. 76ers Score Update: Philadelphia Leads, 44-38, After Sloppy First Half

The Chicago Bulls will be looking for a way to contain PG Jrue Holiday -- as well as cut down on their turnovers -- in the second half against the Philadelphia 76ers.

With star PG Derrick Rose still sidelined with an injury, the Bulls have seemingly lost some of their edge. The duo of PG John Lucas III (9 MIN, 6 PTS) and PG C.J. Watson (8 MIN, 9 PTS, 1 AST) have tried to fill the gap left by Rose, but Philadelphia's Holiday (15 PTS, 2 REB) has thus far stolen the show.

As a team, the Bulls have committed 10 turnovers to the 76ers' 5, and their start to the game could not have been worse. Over the first five minutes, the Bulls fell into an 11-0 deficit and have been fighting back ever since. The 76ers finally showed signs of weakness near the end of the first half when they allowed SG Ronnie Brewer to slip through for a buzzer-beating layup and a 44-38 score.
