Bulls Vs. Trail Blazers Score Update: Chicago Up 32-29 After 1st Quarter

The Chicago Bulls are without point guard Derrick Rose once again, and Richard Hamilton is sitting as well, but that hasn't stopped them from shooting a high percentage early on, and they have a 32-29 lead over the Portland Trail Blazers after one quarter of play.

Joakim Noah has eight points and Luol Deng has seven for the Bulls, who are shooting 66.7% from the field, including 4-9 from beyond the arc.

But the Trail Blazers have shot a solid 54.55 so far, and they've been able to stay close. Nicolas Batum has 11 points for Portland.
