Heat Vs. Bulls Score Update: Chicago Leads 53-42 At The Half

Well, get a load of this: without reigning MVP Derrick Rose, the Chicago Bulls have raced out to a 53-42 lead over the Miami Heat at the United Center. The Bulls are 6-of-9 from three-point range, and 10 Chicago players scored in the first half. The Bulls are also out-rebounding Miami 27-19. The Bulls have 14 assists, Miami has nine.

Point guard John Lucas III was in the unlikely hero for the Bulls in the first half, scoring a team-high 11 points on 4-of-4 shooting from the field. Taj Gibson has eight points and four rebounds for Chicago off the bench. Four Chicago players have six points. Carlos Boozer finished the half with two points, seven rebounds and five assists.

LeBron James has 20 points at halftime for the Heat. Dwyane Wade has 13 points and five rebounds on 6-of-14 shooting. Chris Bosh has seven points on 2-of-9 shooting.
