Bulls Vs. Spurs: Manu Ginobili, Kahwi Leonard Out Against Chicago

The San Antonio Spurs won't have shooting guard Manu Ginobili and small forward Kawhi Leonard as they host the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday night, according to Jeff McDonald of the San Antonio Express-News. Leonard was a gametime decision for the game along with Tiago Splitter, Gary Neal and T.J. Ford, all of whom will be playing against Chicago.

Ginobili has been sidelined for most of the season, appearing in just nine games for San Antonio thus far. The team has played extremely well without him, though, and it won't be long before he's back on the court. Oblique injuries have kept him out, but he practiced with the team on Tuesday, producing some optimism that the end of the line is near.

Leonard is dealing with a calf injury, but it's not considered serious and his status is day-to-day at this point. He won't be playing against the Bulls, but there's a decent chance that he'll back in time to play on Friday against the Toronto Raptors.
