Bulls Vs. Celtics Halftime Score: Boston Holds 48-43 Lead Over Chicago

The Chicago Bulls aren't in too deep of a hole at halftime, losing to the Boston Celtics by just five points, 48-43. However, the team will need to start shooting better than it did in the first half. The team shot just 34 percent from the field.

Joakim Noah leads the Bulls with 12 points while Carlos Boozer has added 10 points. The rest of the points comes from a smattering of other players.

The Celtics, meanwhile, are a robust 55.3 percent from the field and have seven blocks. Rajon Rondo has paced the Celtics offense with 16 points and six assists. Kevin Garnett has added seven points, six rebounds and three blocks.
