Bulls Vs. 76ers Score Update: Chicago Trails 27-21 On The Road

The Chicago Bulls are trailing 27-21 on the road against the Philadelphia 76ers through one period on Wednesday night. Philadelphia has been dominant at home, winning 11 of its first 13 games there.

The first quarter was tightly contested, although the 76ers went on a 16-4 run to end the first quarter after the Bulls took an early lead. Chicago shot a solid 48 percent in the quarter, but Philadelphia was far better at 60 percent. The 76ers were also a perfect 2-of-2 from three-point range while making their only free throw attempt of the quarter.

Derrick Rose led the Bulls in scoring with seven points but shot just 3-of-8 from the field, while Kyle Korver added six points. Carlos Boozer and Ronnie Brewer scored four points apiece to round out Chicago's scoring. Philadelphia's Andre Iguodala leads all scorers with nine points and Lavoy Allen has come off the bench to add six points himself.
