The NBA had 13 games on the schedule last night, and the Golden State Warriors stole the headlines with a 97-95 win over the Miami Heat. Draymond Green hit a layup for the Warriors with less than a second left, giving Golden State the win. At 15-7, they're off to their best start in over 20 years.
Of more local interest, the Chicago Bulls beat the Philadelphia 76ers on the road 96-89, despite being on the second leg of a back-to-back that got them into Philadelphia at 3:30 a.m. ET on Wedneday morning. Joakim Noah led the Bulls with 21 points, and Luol Deng chipped in for 19 points and 12 rebounds.
