The Chicago Bulls have a light weekend, as their only game is a home contest against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday night. The Bulls have started the year with a 3-2 record. Chicago is coming off a 97-91 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday night.
The Timberwolves, who play the Indiana Pacers on Friday night, are 3-1. Minnesota has won back-to-back games against the Brooklyn Nets and the Orlando Magic.
Luol Deng is Chicago's leading scorer this season. Deng is averaging 18 points per game in 39 minutes per game. He's also averaging 6.8 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game. Joakim Noah is second in scoring, averaging 14.6 points per game.
The Timberwolves have been led by Nikola Pekovic. Pekovic is averaging 14 points per game for the No. 1 team in the Northwest. Andrei Kirilenko is averaging 12.5 points per game to help the scoring. Tipoff for Friday's game is set for 8 p.m. ET.
