The Orlando Magic lost Dwight Howard this past offseason and have a roster designed to earn lots of lottery Ping-Pong balls. Yet the Magic visit Chicago Tuesday night with a 2-0 record earned with wins over Phoenix and Denver, and a defense that has been stout so far in the 2012-13 NBA season.
The 2-1 Bulls shot 33 percent in a 89-82 loss Saturday at the United Center. They face an Orlando defense that has allowed 40.6 percent shooting in games against the Suns and Nuggets, though that defense will be missing forward Hedo Turkoglu – out two to four weeks with a broken hand – and possibly point guard Jameer Nelson, who is working through hamstring and groin strains. If Nelson can't play, Purdue product E'Twaun Moore will start.
Should Chicago go down Tuesday night, it will mark the first time since March of 2010 that the Bulls lost back-to-back games at home.
