NBA schedule 2012: Bulls play Cavaliers and Hornets

The Chicago Bulls will travel to Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers on Friday and will host the New Orleans Hornets on Saturday.

The Chicago Bulls play two games over the first weekend of the NBA season. The Bulls will travel to Cleveland to take on the Cavaliers on Friday night and will host the New Orleans Hornets on Saturday.

The Bulls won their season opener against the Sacramento Kings, 93-87 behind a strong performance from Joakim Noah. On Friday, they'll take on a Cleveland team that also won their season opener, 94-84 over the Washington Wizards. Reigning Rookie of the Year Kyrie Irving looked strong in the win, scoring 29 points.

On Saturday Chicago will host New Orleans, who narrowly lost their opener 99-95 to the San Antonio Spurs. Top pick of the 2012 NBA draft, Anthony Davis, led the Hornets with 21 points. The Hornets have a home game on Friday against the Utah Jazz before travelling to Chicago on Saturday.
