Bulls Vs. Pacers Score Update: Chicago Trails By One Heading Into The Fourth

The Indiana Pacers outscored the Chicago Bulls 31-20 in the third quarter to earn a 75-74 lead heading into the final frame. Indiana heavily rode center Roy Hibbert in the third, who abused the Bulls' Joakim Noah for a stretch. Hibbert has a team-high 18 points through three quarters on 8-of-12 shooting.

Derrick Rose leads the Bulls with 22 points through three quarters. Rose certainly doesn't look hobbled by his turf toe, blowing past the Indiana defense several times during explosive drives to the hoop. Ronnie Brewer is in the midst of his finest game of the season. Brewer has 18 points on 8-of-12 shooting through three quarters. Richard Hamilton is also having a nice night against the Pacers' George Hill, finishing the third with 16 points.

Danny Granger (17 points) and Darren Collison (10 points) helped pace Indiana's offense.
