Pacers Vs. Bulls Score Update: Chicago Leads 26-24 After One Quarter

The Chicago Bulls are leading 26-24 after one period against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night after a late run from the team, including a last-second three-pointer from Derrick Rose. In a rematch of the first round of last year's Eastern Conference playoffs, Chicago has had to battle against an improving Indiana team.

Chicago is without small forward Luol Deng as he recovers from torn ligaments in his wrist, and his absence has been noticeable. The Pacers were able to get numerous high-quality shots against the Bulls, knocking down 9-of-16 shots in the first period. The Bulls weren't quite as effective, making 10-of-23 shots.

Danny Granger leads the way for Indiana without having to deal with Deng, scoring eight points on 3-of-5 shooting. Darren Collison and Roy Hibbert also added six points apiece. Derrick Rose is the game's leading scorer so far with 15 points, while Richard Hamilton has scored five himeslf.
