If there's any area where the Chicago Bulls have supreme depth, it's in their frontcourt, but that won't make a potential loss of Taj Gibson any easier. Gibson, one of the rocks of Chicago's vaunted bench, injured his left ankle in the Bulls' 114-75 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers, and was seen leaving Quicken Loans Arena in a walking boot.
Gibson was unsure of his status for Chicago's game on Saturday night, when they will host the Charlotte Bobcats. Gibson has been remarkably healthy over the course of his career, playing a full 82 games in his rookie season, and another 80 last year. Gibson is expected to be a game-time decision prior to Saturday night's game.
