Four Boston Players Named All-Star Reserves, While Chris Bosh Rounds Out The LIst

The All-Star reserve lists are being announced on TNT’s NBA pre-game show as I write this. The Eastern Conference reserve list was just announced, and it was heavily dominated by players from Boston and Atlanta, including:

Kevin Garnett, Boston Celtics (averaging 15 PPG and 9 rebounds per game)

Paul Pierce, Boston Celtics (Celtics’ leading scorer, averaging 19 PPG)

Rajon Rondo, Boston Celtics (No. 2 in steals in the league, averaging 12.5 assists / game)

Ray Allen, Boston Celtics (Third in the league in 3PT %)

Al Horford, Atlanta Hawks (Averaging 16 PPG with a 57 FG%)

Joe Johnson, Atlanta Hawks

Chris Bosh, Miami Heat
