NBA Free Agency 2011: Caron Butler To Meet With Chicago Bulls On Monday, According To Report

According to ESPN Dallas' Jeff Caplan, free agent forward Caron Butler is planning to meet with four teams this week, including the Chicago Bulls:

Butler will visit with team officials from the Chicago Bulls on Monday morning, followed by trips to sit down with officials from the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday night, the San Antonio Spurs on Tuesday, the New Jersey Nets on Wednesday and possibly the Detroit Pistons on Thursday, a source close to the situation confirmed Sunday night.

The nine-year NBA veteran averaged 15 points and 4.1 rebounds with the Dallas Mavericks last season. His year was cut short when he ruptured his right patellar tendon on Jan. 1.
