Bulls Vs. Kings Score Update: Chicago Leads 60-53 At Halftime

The Chicago Bulls once again got back out to a 15 point lead, and once again they've allowed the Sacramento Kings to get back into things. Another run by Sacramento late in the quarter has Chicago leading 60-53 going into halftime.

After the Kings went on a 9-0 run to close out the first quarter and cut Chicago's lead to six points, the Bulls extended their lead back to 15 points thanks to a 10-0 run spearheaded by Kyle Korver. The Kings wouldn't allow the lead to get any bigger than that, though, and this time they finished off the quarter on a 8-1 run. Chicago still leads by seven points going into halftime, but Sacramento has kept this game very competitive.

Derrick Rose vowed to be more active earlier in games after a disappointing performance against Golden State in Chicago's second game, and he's Chicago's leading scorer so far. The reigning MVP has 11 points and five assists so far, but it's been a balanced attack by the Bulls. Luol Deng, Richard Hamilton, Carlos Boozer, Joakim Noah, Ronnie Brewer and Kyle Korver have all scored at least six points apiece tonight in addition to Rose.
