No excuses for the Chicago Bulls tonight: yeah, they're playing the second half of a back-to-back, but so are the Golden State Warriors. Through the first half, the Warriors look like the fresher, more energetic team. Golden State dominated the Bulls in the first two quarters, and head into halftime boasting a 57-41 lead.
Chicago's offense has been plagued by turnovers. The Bulls have 14 giveaways compared to just six for the Warriors.
Chicago will also have to find a way to slow down Golden State's dynamic backcourt of Stephen Curry and Monta Ellis. Ellis has 17 points off 6-of-10 shooting, while Curry has 15 points on 4-of-5 shooting that included 6-of-7 makes from the free throw line.
Richard Hamilton is the lone Bull in double-figures with 10 points. Derrick Rose has seven points. Luol Deng and Carlos Boozer each have six.
