The Chicago Bulls are in the market for some help at shooting guard, and one of their primary options could be veteran guard Richard Hamilton, who recently was bought out by the Detroit Pistons. For their part, members of the Bulls organization are doing what they can to talk up the free agent:
"He’s been a talented player in the league for a long time," said Thibodeau in his first comment about Hamilton. "He’s been around, has great experience. When we played against him, he was hard to guard."
Carlos Boozer called Hamilton "a great competitor" and said he'd be a "great addition" if he were to sign with Chicago.
