Tonight, during TNT's national NBA doubleheader, the starters for the NBA All-Star game will be announced. The Bulls' Derrick Rose is expected to be one of the starting guards, the first time since Michael Jordan that the Bulls will have a starter in the game. Meanwhile, the Bulls (and Blackhawks) again have today off.
