Derrick Rose Has First Career Triple Double In Bulls' 96-84 Win Over Grizzlies

Memphis, TN (Sports Network) – Derrick Rose recorded his first career triple- double with 22 points, 12 assists and 10 rebounds, as the Chicago Bulls handled the Memphis Grizzlies, 96-84, from FedEx Forum.

It was also the first triple-double for a Chicago player since Kirk Hinrich did it on December 14, 2007.

Luol Deng and Kyle Korver added 28 and 22 points, respectively, for the Bulls, who have won three in a row and five of six overall. Deng and Korver combined to go 9-of-17 from beyond the arc.

Taj Gibson chipped in with 10 points, seven boards and six blocks for Chicago, which was without forward Carlos Boozer (ankle). Kurt Thomas donated nine points and six rebounds for the victors.

Zach Randolph posted his 27th double-double of the year with 21 points and 13 boards for the Grizzlies, who had a brief two-game winning streak snapped. O.J. Mayo and Marc Gasol had 15 and 12 points, respectively.
