Bulls, Joakim Noah, Agree On Contract Extension

According to ESPN Chicago, the Bulls finally reached an agreement with Joakim Noah on a contract extension after a long summer of negotiations. Noah’s agent, Dan Fegan, says the deal is worth $60 million over five seasons, “plus additional bonuses.”

Noah, 25, has averaged 7.9 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks since the Bulls made him the ninth pick of the 2007 Draft. Last season proved to be his finest so far, with 10.7 points, 11 rebounds, 1.6 blocks, and stout low-post defense.
