Blues Vs. Blackhawks Score Update: Chicago, St. Louis Still Tied After Two Periods

The Chicago Blackhawks and St. Louis Blues are still tied up at 1-1 after two periods of play on Thursday night. In the first period, both teams managed to score their respective goals within a ten-second span, but neither team has put a puck in the back of the net outside of that hot moment.

Chicago has certainly been the more aggressive team so far, holding a 24-11 advantage in terms of shots on goal, but both goaltenders have taken tonight's challenges in stride. St. Louis goalie Jaroslav Halak has been especially busy, saving 23-of-24 shots that have come his way.

Each team has had two power play opportunities apiece so far, but both goals came without either team having a man advantage.
