Blackhawks Vs. Kings Final Score: Los Angeles Takes 3-2 Shootout Victory

The Chicago Blackhawks were in rally mode against the Kings for much of the night -- they fell behind 1-0, evened the game at one apiece, fell behind 2-1, and evened the score once more before heading into overtime. In extra time, neither team could find the back of the net, so they went to a shootout.

In the shootout, the goaltenders dominated the action -- no one scored during the first five rounds. Finally Mike Richards broke through from the Kings in the top half of the sixth round, and then Chicago's Marcus Kruger was denied to end the game.
