Blackhawks Vs Blue Jackets Preview: Hawks Look To Snap Skid

Blackhawks look to end four game skid Tuesday against Blue Jackets.

2012 has not been kind to the Blackhawks so far. The Hawks have lost four games in a row and five of their last six. They also lost Patrick Sharp for the next several weeks after Sharp sustained a wrist injury Sunday against Detroit.

Tuesday the Hawks welcome the Columbus Blue Jackets to the United Center.

Columbus (11-25-5) will be playing their first game under interim coach Todd Richards. Richards will replace Scott Arniel who was fired on Monday.

The Hawks (24-13-5) have won their previous three matchups with Columbus this season.

Corey Crawford is once again scheduled to start in goal for the Blackhawks. Crawford is 15-10-3 this season. In goal for Columbus will be Curtis Sanford. Sanford comes in to Tuesday's game with a record of 6-8-3.

Tuesday's game is set to start at 7:30. The game will be televised on CSN.
