NHL Playoff Schedule 2011: Blackhawks/Canucks Schedule Announced

The Blackhawks and Canucks will face off for their first-round Stanley Cup playoff series beginning Wednesday night in Vancouver. The Canucks have home-ice advantage, so the first game in Chicago will be next Sunday, April 17.

Times listed are Central and subject to change. All games are expected to be televised on CSN Chicago, and also nationally on Versus. Games marked with * are “if necessary” games in this best-of-seven series.

Wednesday, April 13, at Vancouver, 9 p.m.
Friday, April 15, at Vancouver, 9 p.m.
Sunday, April 17, at Chicago, 7 p.m.
Tuesday, April 19, at Chicago, 7 p.m.
*Thursday, April 21, at Vancouver, 9 p.m.
*Sunday, April 24, at Chicago, 7 p.m.
*Tuesday, April 26, at Vancouver, TBD

The Blackhawks and Canucks will be one of four series that begin on Wednesday; the others are Coyotes at Red Wings (6 p.m. CDT), Rangers at Capitals (6:30 p.m. CDT) and Lightning at Penguins (6 p.m. CDT). The remaining four series begin on Thursday.
