2011 Blackhawks Schedule: Chicago Begins Lengthy Road Trip In Vancouver

The Blackhawks hit the road for a tour through the Northwest Division this week.

Following a win at home against the Edmonton Oilers Sunday night, the Chicago Blackhawks are hitting the road for a six-game road trip that begins on Wednesday. The Blackhawks have won three games in a row and own a six-point lead in the Central Division.

They may be without defenseman Brent Seabrook for a little while; Seabrook sustained a lower-body injury on Sunday and is considered day-to-day for now, according to Joel Quenneville.

A look ahead at this week in Blackhawks hockey:

Nov. 16: at Vancouver Canucks (9:00 p.m. CT, CSN)
The Hawks will be looking for some revenge against the Canucks, who handed them a 6-2 loss back on Nov. 6. Vancouver has won three of four, including that game against Chicago.

Nov. 18: at Calgary Flames (8:00 p.m. CT, CSN)
The Blackhawks also saw Calgary recently--they beat the Flames 4-1 on Nov. 11. The struggling Flames enter the week in last place in the Northwest Division with a 7-8-1 record.

Nov. 19: at Edmonton Oilers (9:00 p.m. CT, WGN and CBC)
Edmonton enters the week on a three-game losing streak, a streak that was extended to three by the Blackhawks on Sunday night. Edmonton's defense and goaltending have faltered of late, and the Oilers have fallen from first place in the Northwest Division.
