After today, the Blackhawks are off for a week as we head into the NHL All-Star festivities. So this will be a slow week for Chicago sports television, headlined mostly by college basketball.
↵↵6 p.m., ESPN: College basketball, Florida at Georgia. This SEC battle is between unranked teams. Georgia did finish sixth in "others receiving votes" in the latest coaches' poll.
↵↵6:30 p.m., Versus: NHL, Canadiens at Flyers.
↵↵7:30 p.m., CSN Chicago: NHL, Blackhawks vs. Wild at the United Center. Not only do the Hawks have the All-Star break coming up, but once the schedule resumes, they'll be on the road for two weeks for the "Ice Show trip".
↵↵8 p.m., ESPN: College basketball, No. 12 Purdue at No. 1 Ohio State. We are down to two unbeatens in major college hoops: San Diego State and Ohio State. Will the Boilermakers be able to make that number "one" tonight?
