Via Chicago Breaking Sports, we learn today that Blackhawks center Dave Bolland practiced today, but won't return to game action for a while:
↵↵The center has missed five games after suffering an upper-body injury Oct. 29 against the Edmonton Oilers. During practice, Bolland was flanked by Marian Hossa on the right wing with Patrick Kane shifted to the left side.↵↵↵
↵"It felt pretty good," Bolland said of his first practice with teammates since the injury. "I'm glad to be back with them. I've been skating on the ice by myself and with the trainers. It's fun to get out with the guys and actually be around the team. I'll just take it day by day right now now and see how it goes."
The Hawks will have two more home games this week, tomorrow against the Phoenix Coyotes and Sunday against the Anaheim Ducks (sandwiched around a Saturday road trip to Nashville) before they take off for the two-week "Circus Trip" for the final two weeks of November.
