Former Chicago Blackhawks hockey star, Hockey Hall of Famer and current Ambassador for the team Bobby Hull, will take the stage at Chicago's Goodman Theatre for one performance of "A Christmans Carol" on Dec. 14 at 7:30. Hull will make his appearance with 11-year-old Charles Finch from Markham, IL, who will be representing the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Finch suffers from Hodgkin's lymphoma. His dream is to be a stage actor.
↵ ↵Special costumes will be made for both Hull and Finch and aside from appearing in select scenes, they will join the cast at the end of the production for the curtain call and to sing "We Wish You A Merry Christmas." This is the fourth consecutive year the Goodman Theatre has partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and the first partnership with the 2010 Stanley Cup winning Chicago Blackhawks.
↵ ↵Following the performance, Hull will hold a meet and greet in the lobby as he signs copies of his new book "The Golden Jet," which will be on sale at the theatre that night. Tickets for the Bobby Hull/Make-A-Wish Night begin at $68. They can be purchased by calling the box office at 312-443-5151, or online at the Goodman Theatre website.
