Blackhawks Celebrate Season Opening With Ice Sculptures

This morning, at various spots around the city, ice sculptures in the shape of the Stanley Cup appeared. Here's one that was left outside the Belmont Red Line stop. Another one appeared on Michigan Avenue outside the WGN radio studios. Still more: Daley Plaza in the Loop, and an unidentified location.

So who did 'em? The Blackhawks denied involvement, until this tweet was sent out from their official Twitter account about 10:30 this morning:
