The Chicago Bears (2-1) and Dallas Cowboys (2-1) are set to meet on Monday night at Cowboys Stadium (7:30 p.m. CT, ESPN), and the early lines suggest a defensive battle will unfold before the nation. Dallas is listed as a slight three-and-a-half-point favorite, while the over/under for the game opened at 45 points and has since shifted downward to 41.5 points on most sites.

Only three other Week 4 games have over/under totals listed in that same low-end range; Rams vs. Seahawks, Dolphins vs. Cardinals and 49ers vs. Jets. Chicago and Dallas boast more combined offensive firepower than any of the teams in those matchups, so it must come down to generalized concerns about the offensive lines for both squads. Will Julius Peppers and DeMarcus Ware frustrate the talented passing attacks led by Tony Romo and Jay Cutler? Can the cornerbacks for each team hold up against Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery, Miles Austin and Dez Bryant? It will be very interesting to find out.
