The Chicago Bears will take on the Cleveland Browns in their final preseason game of 2012, and as is customary around the league, the game will be more about the players at the end of the roster than stars like Jay Cutler, Matt Forte and Brandon Marshall.
One of the main position battles to watch will be at running back, where the third spot behind Forte and Michael Bush is up for grabs. The two main competitors there are ex-Notre Dame back Armando Allen and offseason acquisition Lorenzo Booker. SB Nation Bears blog Windy City Gridiron predicts that the younger Allen will win the job. Other players, like receiver Dane Sanzenbacher, will be fighting for playing time.
Game date/time: Thursday, Aug. 30, 6:30 p.m. CT
Location: Cleveland Browns Stadium, Cleveland, Ohio
TV: FOX
