NFL Quarterback Rankings: Bears QB Jay Cutler Ranks No. 13 Of 32

Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler came in at No. 13 in the latest rankings from SB Nation's Ryan Van Bibber, ahead of most of the league, but behind division rivals QB Aaron Rodgers and QB Matthew Stafford.

According to Van Bibber, Cutler -- and the new addition of QB Jason Campbell -- will only be as good as the players around him:

13. Chicago Bears

Jay Cutler is a victim of circumstance. In 2008, his third season, he started to put it all together throwing for 4,526 yards and 25 touchdowns. Then the Broncos hired Josh McDaniels who sent him off to Chicago. His receiving help has improved in Chicago this year, but he will still be asked to play behind the same offensive line that struggles with protection. Bringing in competent game manager Jason Campbell was a smart move by the Bears.

The Chicago Bears have already begun their 2012 Training Camp and hope to repeat the first half success they in 2011, during which they looked like legitimate Super Bowl contenders.
