Chicago Bears News: Civil Suit Against WR Brandon Marshall Dismissed

The ex-girlfriend of newly acquired Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall filed a civil lawsuit in 2009, accusing the reigning Pro Bowl MVP of two counts of battery and two counts of false imprisonment in June 2007 and March 2008. On Saturday, the suit was dismissed in Georgia State Court.

Rasheedah Watley, who had an on-again-off-again relationship with the receiver dating back to junior high, was seeking punitive damages.
