2012 NFL Mock Draft: Chicago Bears Select DT Fletcher Cox In Latest Mock Draft

The Chicago Bears may look to build the defensive line in their next draft, according to the latest NFL Mock Draft from analyst Ryan Van Bibber.

Bibber digs through all 32 first-round picks and forecasts the Bears going big with No. 19 -- as in a 6'4", 300 lbs kind of big:

19. Chicago Bears, Fletcher Cox, DT, Mississippi State

Amobi Okoye is gone, and Chicago needs someone to take over for the disappointing defensive tackle. Enter Cox who should help give the Bears a more effective pass rush as a player who can work his way through interior linemen.

Cox played all but two games in the 2011 NCAA Football season and collected 5.0 sacks with 55 tackles through 11 games and was fifth in the SEC with 14 tackles for loss. The Bears were tied for 19th in the league with a 33 sacks, but 28th in the leagues with only a 5% sack rate.
