NFL Draft 2012: Notre Dame WR Michael Floyd To Workout For Titans

With the NFL Combine far in the rearview and most college pro days wrapped up, the 2012 NFL Draft process is now at the point where teams can schedule individual workouts with chosen prospects. Notre Dame Fighting Irish wide receiver Michael Floyd is thought to have shot up most draft boards after stellar showings at the Combine and at Notre Dame's pro day, and today it was reported by Aaron Wilson of the Carroll County Times that Floyd will workout for the Tennessee Titans.

It's not clear whether Floyd is visiting the Titans in Nashville or if they will work him out in South Bend, but either way there is interest there. The Titans have the 20th pick in this year's draft and it's extremely unlikely that Floyd will be available at that spot, but if he impresses the Tennessee brass, the team may consider trading up.
