2012 NFL Combine: Michael Floyd Measures In At 6'2" With 78" Wingspan

The dynamic Notre Dame Fighting Irish wide receiver Michael Floyd got his final measurements Friday afternoon at the 2012 NFL Combine. The results were impressive:

Coming in at 6'2", Floyd does not register as the tallest wide receiver at the combine -- that distinction goes to Miami Hurricanes WR Tommy Streeter (6'5") -- but Floyd is still in the upper half. His weight of 202 lbs. is nearly a whopping 20 pounds heavier than the average wide receiver at the combine and certainly among the heaviest tier. His hands also are touch larger than average.

His 6'6" wingspan puts him just four inches behind the 6'10" wingspan of the Detroit Lions star WR Calvin Johnson.
