NFL Draft 2012: Kendall Wright Among Chicago Bears' Options At Wide Receiver

Many of the 2012 NFL mock drafts that have been published up to this point have the Chicago Bears taking a wide receiver in the first round, but there has been some disagreement on exactly which receiver the Bears should draft. Some believe it will be Michael Floyd or Alshon Jeffery, while WalterFootball.com thinks it's Kendall Wright that Chicago should select:

Kendall Wright is the best consensus players [sic] on the board (even over Michael Floyd), and the Bears would be foolish if they didn't grab him to help their quarterback. The coaching staff has already mentioned that it will target a wideout this offseason anyway.

Wright had a huge season for the Baylor Bears in 2011 -- the senior caught 108 passes for 1,663 yards and 14 touchdowns. He finished sixth nationally in receptions and third in receiving yards.
