Jennings leads the NFL with eight interceptions this season. Five other players trail Jennings for the league lead with five interceptions.
Kelvin Hayden will get the start in place of Jennings this week when the Bears play the Vikings for the second time in three weeks. Chicago defeated Minnesota, 28-10, in Week 12. Hayden has 22 tackles this season.
As a team, the Bears rank fourth with 20 forced turnovers and are first in turnover differential at plus-14. The Bears defense is allowing 216.2 yards passing this season which ranks seventh in the league.
Last week's loss to Seattle dropped the Bears to 8-4 on the season. Chicago is tied with Green Bay for first place in the NFC North divison.
