The Chicago Bears have released their first injury report of Week 14, as the Bears get ready to take on Minnesota Vikings in a crucial NFC North showdown.
Alshon Jeffery was limited in Wednesday's practice, but the Bears expect the rookie wide receiver to play on Sunday. Jeffery underwent arthroscopic knee surgery in late November, and missed Chicago's last two contests.
Devin Hester, Chris Spencer and Gabe Carimi were also limited in practice. Hester suffered a concussion during Chicago's first matchup against the Vikings in Week 12. He did not play during the team's Week 13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.
Running back Michael Bush was held out of practice with a rib injury, but, like Jeffery, the Bears expect Bush to play on Sunday.
Stephen Paea did not participate in Wednesday's practice either, because of a foot injury. Lovie Smith held Brandon Marshall out of practice -- but not because of an injury, but simply as a coach's decision to give him some rest.
