NFL schedule 2012: Bears host Packers, Vikings visit Rams

The Chicago Bears have lost two games in a row and four of their last five to fall to 8-5 on the year.

The Chicago Bears will attempt to end their two-game losing streak when they host the Green Bay Packers this Sunday at 1 p.m. ET at Soldier Field.

The Bears lost to the Packers, 23-10, in Week 2 and trail Green Bay by one game for first place in the NFC North.

The Bears are tied with the Seahawks for the two Wild Card spots in the NFC playoff race. The Minnesota Vikings, Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins all trail the Bears and Seahawks by just one game for the final two playoff spots.

In other division action, the Vikings will travel to St. Louis to play the Rams, and the Lions will face the Cardinals.
