Charles Tillman injury: Bears CB likely to play

Tillman only played in 18 snaps against the Vikings after suffering an ankle injury.

While Bears cornerback Charles Tillman suffered an ankle injury that forced him to leave Sunday's 28-10 win in Week 12 against the Minnesota Vikings, he is expected to be back for Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Listed as probable on the Friday injury report, the Bears expect to have Tillman back in the secondary, as the durable cornerback has yet to miss a start during the 2012 season. In fact, he started all 16 games in each of the last two seasons and 15 in each of the three seasons before that. After the ankle injury in the first half against the Vikings, Tillman was only able to play in 18 snaps for the defense.

Tillman missed practice on Wednesday before returning to the practice field on a limited basis Thursday. Through 11 games, Tillman has recorded two interceptions and returned both for touchdowns, along with seven forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries.
