Alshon Jeffery leaves Bears loss with knee injury

Alshon Jeffery returned from injury against the San Francisco 49ers, but he suffered another one and left the game, this time with a knee injury.

On Monday, the Chicago Bears lost to the San Francisco 49ers, and though they were injured going into the game, they didn't leave it with a bunch of players added to the report. One player is a big concern, though: rookie wide receiver Alshon Jeffery. He left the game late with a knee injury and did not return.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Jeffery has indicated that the injury is not too serious. It's possible that he was pulled to be safe, especially because the game was out of reach for the Bears, who allowed the 49ers to score 30-plus points, while only notching a single touchdown of their own.

Jeffery remained on the sidelines for the game and was seen walking off the field after the game with no discernible limp or troubles. Jeffery has already missed five games this season due to injury. He hurt his hand back in Week 5, catching a touchdown pass against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
