The Chicago Bears will try to win their sixth game in a row when they travel to Tennessee to take on the Titans this Sunday.
The Bears currently sit in first place in the NFC North division with a 6-1 record, two games ahead of the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings who are both 5-3. The Detroit Lions are in last-place in the division with a 3-4 record.
The Packers will host the Arizona Cardinals this Sunday, while the Vikings will travel to Seattle to take on the Seahawks.
