The Chicago Bears continued their strong fourth-quarter play by sealing a come-from-behind victory over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday. Jay Cutler led two second-half touchdown drives, and they managed to kick the game winner late. They're at 6-1 on the season, and it's showing in the weekly power rankings.
Ryan Van Bibber of SB Nation released his Week 9 power rankings and he has the Bears at No. 4, behind only the Atlanta Falcons, Houston Texans and New York Giants.
4. Chicago Bears (LW: 4, 6-1): Jay Cutler led two second-half touchdown drives and moved the team close enough to kick the game winner to hold off a Carolina upset at Soldier Field.
ESPN has the Bears inside the top five as well, at No. 5, with no change from last week. FOX Sports has them at No. 3, also with no change from last week. And CBS Sports finishes things off by having the Bears at No. 2, so all of the major power rankings had them ranked at different positions within the top five, though none of them had them at No. 1. That spot belongs to the undefeated Falcons.
