The Chicago Bears invited a pair of general manager candidates back for second interviews -- they spoke to Jason Licht of the New England Patriots on Thursday, and they are expected to meet again with Phil Emery of the Kansas City Chiefs on Friday.
Emery, who has worked in the NFL for the last 14 years, was an area scout for Chicago from 1998 to 2004. He has been Kansas City's director of college scouting for the last three seasons. He also worked in that capacity for several years with the Atlanta Falcons.
