NFL Mock Draft 2012: Can The Bears Land Michael Floyd?

Though the Chicago Bears could look to upgrade their offensive line or maybe even the running back position if the team decides to not bring back Matt Forte, sentiment amongst draftniks seems to be moving towards the team selecting a wide receiver, a position group that has been a sore spot amongst fans for several years.

In his most recent mock draft, SB Nation's Ryan Van Bibber has the Bears selecting Notre Dame WR Michael Floyd, who would likely be instantly loved both because of his big play ability, and his ties to the area with the Irish. Here's Van Bibber on the pick:

19. Chicago Bears, Michael Floyd, WR, Notre Dame

This is a pretty obvious pick. Chicago has Jay Cutler and no one for him to throw to in the passing game. Floyd's hands will be a big help for Cutler in 2012 and beyond.
