2011 NFL Draft: Richard Dent Among Team Alumni To Announce Second Round Picks

For the first time ever, the NFL has announced today that "legendary" alumni from each NFL team will announce the second round draft picks for their team.

For the Bears, their presenter will be recent NFL Hall of Fame inductee Richard Dent. He'll go to the podium for the Bears' second round pick.

Among other stars scheduled for this honor are Franco Harris (Steelers), Dwight Clark (49ers), Doug Williams (Redskins), Chris Doleman (Vikings) and Jim Taylor (Packers). For the three teams without a second-round pick (Jets, Panthers, Dolphins), their representatives will announce that team's third-round choice.

The 2011 NFL Draft will continue the three-day format that debuted in 2010, with the first three rounds broadcast in primetime beginning at 7 p.m. CDT on Thursday, April 28 and 5:00 p.m. CDT on Friday, April 29, and concluding with Rounds 4-7 on Saturday, April 30 at 11:00 a.m. CDT.
