All told, the Kansas City Chiefs are pretty healthy (Matt Cassell excepted). With Kyle Orton currently in the fold, the Chiefs have deactivated QB Ricky Stanzi for today's game, and will also be without tackle David Mims. Mims is the back up to LT Branden Albert, and if he goes down, the Chiefs will have to do some shuffling along the line.
Kansas City will also be without two back up defensive linemen and a few other back ups on defense. They will also be missing back up tight end Jake O'Connell. Here is the full inactive list for Week 13:
