Bears Vs. Packers: Josh McCown Could Start At QB For Chicago

Caleb Hanie's days as Chicago's starting QB could be numbered.

The Chicago Bears are re-evaluating their quarterback situation this week, according to a report from ESPN. Josh McCown reportedly will be given a shot to win the job this week, and if he plays well enough in practice, he will get the start on Sunday. When asked about the situation, McCown said he's not heard anything one way or the other:

"I have no idea," McCown said when asked if the staff indicated he'd start against the Packers. "I'm just gonna get myself ready like I've done every week, and then we'll see what happens."

The Bears have not won since Jay Cutler was sidelined with an injury; in his place, Caleb Hanie has thrown nine interceptions and just three touchdown passes.
